Hello!! I’m Gemma and I am a licensed nail tech located in Fredericksburg, Va. A little about me: I have been doing nails for four years and absolutely love it!! I’m very artistic and love anything that brings a challenge. I have two cats named princess and chip that I love dearly. I love getting to know new people and learning new things!! My main goal is to make sure you walk out of my shop feeling beautiful and refreshed!! I focus on the health of your nails, making sure you are happy, and comfortable. CANCELLATION POLICY
Late policy: 15 minutes late = cancelled appointment. If you do not have a reason you will be charged full service. Deposit policy: 20% non refundable deposit required before booking, goes towards your service. No call/ no show: 100% service fee charged. Cancellation: if you do not cancel within 48 hours there will be a 50% charge towards your original service/services. If you reschedule the appointment then there will be no charge. Guest policy: no extra guests unless discussed prior. No kids. Fix policy: free fixes if you let me know within 48 hours. 50% off if you let me know within a week.
